We take care not to damage rugs or disperse dust and soot in your home.
To write down every step of our process would take pages. Be assured Master Sweep will never charge you for services you don’t need. We know other sweeps who take advantage of customers. That’s just wrong.
We have worked with the majority of real estate agents and other professionals in the past. Ask around. Be assured people of this county will give us a great reference. No sweep in the county performs as extensive an inspection as we do.
We seal the flue and repair cracks in the sides of the hearth in our basic sweep.
We take care of your home as if it were our own; not scratching gutters with our ladder, leaving dirty footprints on your roof and no leaky oil on your driveway.
The price differences between sweep companies usually vary only about $10.00.

Full Sweep: $109.00
Cracks on Crown: $1.00 per foot
Spark Arrester: $129.00 13”17” only
Spark Arresters, other sizes: Prices vary
Fire Starter: $13.00 per bottle
Roof tar: to be determined on site.
We don’t do A-frames or dryer vents, no exceptions.
If the sweep is many miles from our office in Prescott, the price could be a little more, but we will let you know at time of scheduling.
THERE ARE NEVER ANY HIDDEN FEES WITH MASTER SWEEP!
Because we have so many Dewey customers, there will be no extra charge to come there.
